Pearly Blue Eye Pencil - MAKE ARTIST

1. Before use, make sure the eye pencil is well sharpened.
2. Hold the pencil with a comfortable grip.
3. Apply the pencil to the desired part of the eye.
4. After use, always close the pencil tightly with its cap to preserve its integrity.
   

HOW TO REMOVE MAKEUP:

1. Remove the eye pencil with a cotton pad soaked in Micellar Water (art. 2620) or Cleansing Milk (art. 2627) or use a Radical Clear Rinse-Off Cleanser (art.3730) or the Organic Almond Make-Up Removing Oil 100 ml (art.2540).
   

• If you want to make the eye pencil last longer, set it with the blue eyeshadow of the same color using a thin brush.
• To get a blue smokey eye look, apply the pencil on the entire mobile eyelid and under the lower edge of the eye, blend with the flat oval eye brush for blending (art.8154), apply a blue eyeshadow on top, better if satin and blend it. Intensify the upper lash line with a black pencil and apply it to the inside of the eye as well. Finish the makeup with plenty of mascara. No one will be able to resist your “One Thousand and One Nights” look!
