ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders placed before 4pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 24/48 working hours .
Orders placed during holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available working day . Delivery will take place within 48 hours of that date.
If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your order will take an average of 3-4 more business days to process.
Yes, you can check the status of your order in your personal area .

We offer several payment options, including:
- Cash on delivery with commission : With this method, you will pay directly to the courier upon delivery. Cash on delivery involves an additional cost of €4 on the total order.
- Credit Card: We accept payment by major credit cards.
- Bank Transfer : You can pay by bank transfer, but keep in mind that in this case the shipment will take a few more days. If you are a Business customer and you want to pay by bank transfer, choose the MultisafePay option.
We will ship your order as soon as the bank confirms receipt of the amount, it may take up to 48 hours.
You will receive your order within 4 working days.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping costs are free when your cart contains products with a total value exceeding €36.

It is good to know that it is possible to return a product within 14 working days of receiving the package.
It is important that the product has not been opened and/or removed from the original packaging, used, soiled and/or tampered with.
We do not make contextual product replacements, therefore you can only proceed with the return. Shipping costs remain at your expense.
